Equity Bank has announced job openings for over 20 positions across its departments, inviting Kenyan professionals to apply before the end of January.
The bank, which employs more than 13,000 people under Group Managing Director James Mwangi, said candidates meeting the minimum academic and professional requirements should submit their applications through the bank’s online recruitment portal.
Open positions include product manager for enterprise document management, operations and maintenance team lead, senior officer in operations and maintenance, assistant manager in trade operations, and sustainability and ESG analyst. Responsibilities range from managing automation projects and platform stability to developing strategies for enterprise document management and ESG initiatives.
Application deadlines for most roles, including key technical and management positions, fall on Friday, January 30. Experience requirements vary between five and ten years, depending on the role, and candidates are expected to hold relevant bachelor’s or master’s degrees in business, computer science, engineering or related fields.
The announcement comes as Kenyan banks compete to strengthen their workforce across technology, operations, and sustainability functions, reflecting the sector’s push toward digital transformation and enhanced governance.
