FIFA will award US$2.3 million in prize money to the club that wins the inaugural FIFA Women’s Champions Cup, the highest single payout ever offered in women’s club football. The final stages of the new competition will be held in London from January 28 to February 1, 2026, with the title match scheduled at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.
The total prize pool of nearly US$3.9 million will be shared among the six continental champions competing in the tournament. In addition to the US$2.3 million for the champion, the runner-up will receive US$1 million, while the two teams eliminated in the semifinals will each be awarded US$200,000. The clubs already knocked out in earlier rounds, Auckland United FC (Oceania) and Wuhan Chegu Jiangda WFC (Asia), will each receive US$100,000.

FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström described the prize structure as “a clear statement of the belief in women’s club football and the players, teams and competitions driving its continued rise.” The Women’s Champions Cup is part of FIFA’s broader strategy to strengthen and invest in women’s club football globally, setting a new benchmark for elite women’s competitions.
The six continental champions will contest the inaugural title in a knockout format across two venues in London: the semifinals on January 28 and the third-place game and final at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on February 1.
