Ghanaian domestic carrier PassionAir on Thursday announced widespread flight disruptions across its network, citing operational challenges that have forced cancellations and delays.

In a statement, the airline said it was “experiencing operational challenges affecting our entire route network,” adding that some services had been cancelled while others were running behind schedule.
PassionAir apologised to affected passengers, acknowledging the “frustration and inconvenience” caused. The carrier said passenger safety and security remained its “highest priority” as staff work to resolve the problems.

“Our team is working diligently to resolve these issues and restore normal services as quickly as possible,” the airline said, thanking travellers for their patience.
Passengers seeking assistance were directed to the airline’s toll-free line or customer service email.
