Indian space-tech startup Digantara has secured US$50 million in funding, bringing its total capital raised to $64.5 million. The investment will support the development of space-based missile defense and satellite monitoring technologies, bolstering India’s defense and aerospace capabilities.
Founded to provide space situational awareness and orbital tracking, Digantara leverages a combination of satellite sensors, ground stations, and AI analytics to detect and track potential threats in space. The latest funding round will accelerate the deployment of advanced satellite constellations and expand R&D for its missile defense and early-warning systems.
