In 2012, he joined Vocalcom, a French cloud-based contact center software provider, as international sales manager. He subsequently served as strategic sales director at Contentsquare, a French software company, before moving to Wonderflow, a generative AI firm specializing in voice-of-customer analytics, where he held successive roles including account executive, sales director for Europe and North America, and vice president of sales from 2022 to 2024.
